Construction Photography & Videography in Manchester

Development progress photography and video captured on a consistent schedule — for funder reporting, marketing and the project record.

A build only happens once — document it properly

Construction media does more than fill a social feed. A consistent progress archive backs up funder drawdowns, evidences programme milestones, settles questions about what was installed and when, and hands the marketing team a ready-made story when the scheme launches. Phone snaps taken ad hoc by the site team do none of that reliably.

Progress work here is set up as a programme rather than a one-off. Fixed vantage points are agreed at the first visit and repeated every time, so the sequence reads cleanly when frames are placed side by side or cut together into a progress film. Aerial frames flown with a DJI Mini 2 add the plan view that ground-level photography cannot give, showing the footprint filling out across the site.

Programme coverage

  • Repeat-position progress photography from agreed vantage points
  • Aerial site overviews showing footprint, phasing and logistics
  • Milestone coverage: groundworks, frame, topping out, envelope, handover
  • Detail records of installed systems, finishes and fit-out quality
  • Edited progress films for investor updates and launch marketing

Working on live sites

Site visits are booked around the construction programme, not against it. Inductions are attended, PPE is worn, and capture is planned with the site manager so that access is safe and works are not held up. Deliverables are organised and dated so the archive stays usable years after practical completion.

When the scheme completes, the same eye carries through to launch media — show-home photography and a cinematic launch film built from footage that started on day one.
