A buyer scrolling a listing is trying to answer questions the interior shots cannot touch. How much land comes with it? What backs onto the garden? Is the roof sound? How far is the canal, the tram stop, the park? One aerial frame settles all of that in a second, which is why aerial property photography consistently earns its place in the first three images of a listing.

Aerial work here is flown with a DJI Mini 2 — light, quiet and practical on the tight streets and mixed suburban plots typical around Manchester. Flown responsibly, or not at all

Not every address can be flown. Controlled airspace, crowded streets, restricted sites and poor weather all rule flights out, and a location is checked before a booking is confirmed rather than on the day. Where a flight is not possible, you will be told plainly and offered ground-level alternatives instead of a cancelled shoot.

Aerial footage is most effective combined with a cinematic walkthrough film or used across a construction progress programme.
